Rudy Martinez, owner and corrective fitness specialist has entrusted me with conducting his general fitness bootcamp classes. The unique quality of our exercise classes is that we look at the long term health and fitness of our Long Beach fitness clients. WE don't give into trendy, fad, hypey type of neo fitness classes that were not directly designed to improve strength, stamina and weight loss.

The real solution for your general health and fitness and why you need to avoid misled personal trainers and bootcamp instructors…

We like to keep our fitness classes motivating and entertaining but not at the expense of challenging you to exert  yourself in ways that are potentiallly risky  for injuries that could curtail your long term health and fitness goals. We don't have you run long distances on hard, unforgiving asphalt nor do we ask you to lift weights in a way that requires expert, athletic coordination or that are excessively heavy and could damage the longterm health of your joints. Like Rudy says, "Having general fitness clients run around holding weights or sandbags is just plain negligent! If  you're training to be a firefighter or something similar where you have to transport heavy loads then that's different. There's no reason to adapt such training for the general fitness client!"
